"Natural City" & SIFF

i saw my last SIFF movie of this year tonight. this time it was a korean movie called "Natural City". if you're into sci-fi, action movies with a lot of blood and a pretty good storyline, you'll probably like this movie a lot! it also got great ratings from the group of friends i went with. i'm not real big into sci-fi movies, but i thought the story was engaging, and the fight scenes were fun. i did not like the creepy doctor guy tho. *shudder* weird characters like him give me nightmares...but then again yoda and ET gave me nightmares too. so go figure...

this ends my first real full season at SIFF (i've been to a couple of other SIFF movies in the past, but those were more "chance" viewings), and i have to say that i enjoyed it a ton! but i guess it's always good when you are able to avoid all of the depressing and intensely sad movies that i've heard so much about. i can't wait until next year! thanks cassie, david ko, stone and shiv for your help in making this year's experience great!
